Quality is essential

PACON Quality begins before machining through the creation, simulation and verification of a digital twin. During machining, our CNC systems monitor production to ensure a quality product. Once machined, our automated, environmentally controlled CMM inspection process verifies product conformance, and can be reported as our customer requires in an AS9102 format, critical dimension report, or Statistical Process Control (SPC) summary for each unit or production lot.

In addition, PACON is Boeing Q029 Digital Product Definition (DPD) approved.

Value chain integration is equally as essential to the delivery of mission critical components. We work closely with our qualified suppliers of customer specified raw materials, hardware, and special processes. Our focus is on maximum value for our customers, whether our suppliers are customer ASL specified, NADCAP AS/ISO certified, or PACON qualified. We manage supplier quality, costs and reliability closely, and perform regular supplier reviews for the purpose of strengthening supplier collaboration.

PACON is AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 registered. Our quality management system seeks to consistently deliver product that meets customer requirements, and provide service that exceeds customer expectations. We closely manage our supply base and are accustomed to working within the requirements of major OEMs, US government agencies and defense contractors. PACON is International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registered and Sandia National Labs Atomic Energy Act (AEA) certified.
